Ah, but the meeting on the 1st is a general business meeeting. This is the last meeting specific to fest planning.
Sorry I won’t be able to make the meeting, but will deal with any visiting journalists should they come.
Points from my end: Sean is sending out the press release today – and will need to send it again – and harrass the journos the three/two days before the event…
Actually, that’s not technically the last meeting before the Event as we do have another meeting arranged for the First Tuesday Of The Month. Which of course is June 1st. But that’s just the pedant in me.
I will be there though.
True, but I suspect most of the business will be the Fest, everything else will get dealt with pretty quickly
