The 2006 AGM will be held at 11:00am Sat 22nd April at St Werburghs Community Centre. It will be followed by two workshops: a planning workshop led by Sean Kenny from 12:00 - 3:00pm; this will be followed by a technical workshop led by Lloyd Rennie from 3:00 - 4:00pm. Workshop times are flexible and may be brought forward.
Agenda for AGM
- The receipt of the accounts and balance sheet and of the reports of the Committee and auditor (if any);
- The appointment of an auditor, or to apply the audit exemption if appropriate;
- The election of committee members;
- The application of profits:
- first, to a general reserve for the continuation and development of the Co-operative;
- secondly, in making payments for social or charitable purposes within the community served by the Co-operative.
Performance Improvement
Kate Harkavy from the CDA will introduce the C3Partnership support we are being offered.
Planning workshop
Sean will lead a workshop about where we want to go in the future and how to get there. This should last 2-3(!!!) hours.
Technical workshop
After the planning workshop Lloyd has offered to lead a technical workshop to explain more about the configuration of the network for those who are interested.
