2007 AGM

The Annual General Meeting of Bristol Wireless for 2006 will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday 17th June 2007 at The Cube Microplex, Dove Street South, Bristol, BS2 8JB (directions here). It will be followed at 5.00 pm by our 6th birthday event, featuring live audio streaming from Radio Vague, the mobile LTSP suite and other cunning stunts compered by Pete Ferne until 9.00 pm.

All members are welcome to attend.

Agenda for AGM

1. Receipt of the accounts and balance sheet and the reports of the Committee and auditor;
2. Appointment of an auditor;
3. Election of committee members;
4. Application of profits:

• firstly, to a general reserve for the continuation and development of the Co-operative;
• secondly, in making payments for social or charitable purposes within the community served by the Co-operative.
