hi all, tom and myself attended the cube tonight, we have this space for 60qid, it's an opportunity to have a few beers with the clan and others to have fun, room for 60 to 130 peeps.

we need to organise an agenda. there's lots to talk to be had, but the publicity needs to be out there. we need to think of how to present the evening, and at short notice.

we should aim for a chat tomorrow am, is this convenient, we can chat on the clan irc? (tom needs detail) tom's working @skyrock too so say coffee time.

i'd also like to mention we have some twiki pages we could put some thoughts to, this process is a little more on going for this mail.

  • things that we're brought into the meeting are
    • web broadcast provided
    • video/tv lounge provided
    • mp3 jukebox provided
    • wireless access/air station needs providing
    • comments book/blog/yabb/whatever needs programing
    • functioning p1/2 running mozilla needs configuring

3 or possibly 4 of these would be fantastic.

this needs to go to the clan soon, but we need to be up to speed to get the flyer out. tom's done/nearly done, the introduction page for the site, an image of the press invite, we need some words, maybe?. we should move this along soon :)

Note: this event was great in the end, with good stuff from many Clansters.
