Strategy-
To focus on linux migration and adsl services initally, to later develop additional support services.
to only provide 2mb 20:1 adsl service initally, later to develop smaller packages.
to focus migration product on voluntary sector to offer the service to organisations up to 200 seats only.
to try to accommodate the cost of wireless 'fallback' service within our other costings. as it is desirable for us to have as many on wireless as possible..
Market research
£1000 will be spent on developing a 'brand' logo, letterhead, business cards, and set of corporate colours (as per design spec).
£500 will be spent on printing of those cards letterheads etc.
£2500 to be spent on Market researching our Migration services, This will be done by producing 'mock up' or 'draft' advertising for the service and by sending it to 375 community and voluntary sector groups. We will also send it to 125 small and medium size entrerprises. (this will also serve as a advert for the adsl service which will be mentioned on the literature)
they will be invited to respond and critique the service by email.
We will also telephone sample 25 organisations to get more detailed feedback from them (and hopefully drum up business)

the cost of our service is £89 pcm
the setup cost is £200
(a pre-condition of the service is a BT line £10.50/month)
