Network Access Restrictions

We don't think so. We have a policy of open access - we want to encourage people to use the network in these early stages. Currently the network can manage the amount of people accessing using the bandwidth (the amount of information being sent), but this situation might change and some restriction might be necessary in the future due to sheer weight of numbers while we grow. We hope to be able to scale with demand though.
