Perform Action Plan 2

 

INTRODUCTION

As outlined in PerformActionPlan, the action plan points we reached were considered in closer detail and condensed down to a manageable shortlist. These are the action which were thought we could manage to implement in the short to medium term. This shortlist is set out below.

Benchmarking

Press/Marketing

  • Appoint a press officer.
  • Develop press and marketing strategy, plus press pack.

Product development

Roles/Definitions

  • Introduce support structure for people with responsibility.
  • Roles and responsibilities need defining for all areas.
  • More documentation.

Volunteer management

  • Ensure suitable training is given to established volunteers.

Notes

  1. Apologies for the lateness of this page as I've only just rediscovered my notes; I did ask someone else to write it up after the last meeting!
  2. We should be having a follow-up with PERform guru Katy Harkavy some time in the near future.
