Mobile phone help

At present only Nokia and a few other mobile phones are known to work under and communicate with Linux systems. The link between your Nokia phone and computer is provided by the gnokii package - a multi-system suite of tools and modem driver for mobile phones. However, gnokii claims that the current version (0.6.12) supports all AT command compliant phones (via the atgen driver) and Symbian-based phones are also supported.
If you have a Nokia and a Linux box and want to try things out, we recommend looking at the
gnokii documentation.
