    MATTERS ARISING

    Funding:
    We have £300 to put on the event from GBF.
    Logo:
    We need someone to create the new logo.
    Flyer/Poster:
    Posters to go in ECC, and around the area. Requires copy, and design.
    Fact Sheets:
    In-depth information on Bristol Wireless. One sheet of A4 with all questions answered. Copy must be readable by an average non-techie person.
    Questionnaire:
    To give people on the day. Closed questions. What do people want from us? Leaning on training required. Online and paper versions. Possible prize draw.
    PR:
    Invitations to organisations, councillors, press, potential contributors, anyone who’s interested. Wiki every person who’s been contacted. BBC Online, BBC Radio Bristol, GWR Radio, Star FM, BBC Bristol, HTV. Press list mailshot with nice looking mail giving info.
    Testing:
    Matt to be actioned with testing the technical feesibility of all our ideas. Everything must be 100% working by the 10th May. Car as mobile node?
    Food:
    Staff required for licensed cafe.
    Equipment required:
    2x Projectors (Jim & Rich), DV camera (Ian), battery backup, cigarette lighter > AP adapter.
    Meetings:
    10/11th May for technical issues to be sorted, organise print runs.
    24/25th May for event coordination (installations, ecc layout, other venues, catering, decor, documenting, roles, helpers, timetable)
    Noticeboard:
    Timetable of the event, about the project, FAQs.

    AOB
